The photo of the family was taken about 1891-1892 in Sutton, Nebraska by Soderberg studio. The father is wearing a Harrison ribbon and one of the sons is wearing a Andrews ribbon. I did a little research and know that Benjamin Harrison ran for reelection in 1892 but was defeated. Also, a man by the name of Andrews ran for Nebraska congress in 1892 and was also defeated. I am guessing the ribbons are campaign ribbons. I am a descendant of the Charles George line. This photograph was found in an album given to be by a granddaughter of Charles George in the 1980s and I am just now working on the family line. One of Charles's sisters, Elydia, married a Linder who lived in Sutton, Nebraska for a time. They came from Wisconsin. I am guessing this photo is of a family related to that line somehow. The photo of the small child is also taken in Sutton, Nebraska and also by Pont Soderberg as stated on the back of the photo.
