Mr Stephens of Fairbury came up Wednesday to attend the funeral of his Sister, Mrs. Wisner

 

Obituary

  Margaret Eleanor Stephens was born in Dec 1853 in Illinois and moved to Iowa with her parents at an early age, living in Mabaska Co.

  She was united in marriage to M M Wisner and in 1884 they came to Nebraska and have lived at the present home 6 miles northwest of Fairfield, ever since. She was a member of the M E Church for many years and was well known as a consistent Christian woman. She was also a member of the Ladies Aid Society and Home Missionary Society of her church and the W C T U. She leaves a husband and five daughters to mourn her death.

  The funeral services were held at Waveland church on Friday, Nov 22 by Rev W B Alexander, of Hastings. A large circle of neighbors and friends extend heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family in their affliction.
