  The funeral services of Mrs. Harriet Lambie were held at the home of the deceased at 2 o'clock May 30, 1897, Rev. B O Snow officiating.

  Harriet White was born June 9th, 1841, in Erie County, PA. In 1849 her father moved his family to Wisconsin. In 1864 she was married to Wm Lambie, and soon after joined the Presbyterian church. On April 19th 1878 they came to Nebraska, where they made the Congregational church their home. After more suffering than tongue can tell she passed peacefully to rest May 28 1897. She leaves four children, two sons and two daughters, and other relations, besides many friends who look up through their tears and rejoice that the suffering is past and she is at rest.
