  James H Shaw of Fairfield Dies

  James H Shaw died Wednesday at his farm home south of Fairfield after a brief illness.  He was 86 years of age.

Shaw who was born in Nuckolls county, resided in the same farm home for 83 years.  He was a member of Masonic Lodge No 84 at Fairfield and the Scottish Rite and Tehama Temple of the Shrine in Hastings and attended the Community Presbyterian Church of Fairfield.

  He leaves his wife Helen; a son and daughter, Lloyd Shaw of the home and Mrs Steve Brown of Lincoln, and a sister, Mrs Jennie Kneau of Edgar.

  Services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the Community Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Henry E Fawcett officiating and including Masonic rites conducted by the Fairfield lodge.  Burial will be at Edgar.  The McLaughlin Funeral Home is in charge.
