  The estimable wife of Rev F W Bean, pastor of the M E Church of this place was burred last Friday afternoon. Mrs. Bean had been sick but a few days with pneumonia and was apparently recovering from this when other complications arose and she died Thursday a.m. from congestion of the brain. The service was conduction by Rev W B Alexander the presiding Elder, assisted by the ministers of the other Churches here as well as several visiting clergyman of the M E church.

  The Degree of Honor Lodge attended the funeral in a body.

  Mrs. Bean was a good woman in all that word implies a devoted Christian lady and her absence is a loss which will be greatly felt in the community and especially in the Sunday School.

  Rev Bean has the fullest measure of sympathy of the entire community.
